The skiffle beat is what I was really trying to get across tonight. That beat is important because it so defined the Beatles in their early years. As I mentioned, John Lennon had a skiffle band before even starting the Beatles. That beat somehow manages to emphasize each tap of the foot. It makes it really heavy!
