At The School of Feedback Guitar, every student gets a summary of their lessons delivered directly to their email inbox after each lesson they have. I call these Lesson Notes.

Your lesson notes could easily be imported into any RSS feed reader, like Google Reader, or can be delivered to your email inbox. Either way, you can easily share them or simply archive them as your own historical records of your learning process. Every lesson note is also anonymous, no one will ever know you are taking guitar lessons unless you decide to share them.
